| Easy Slice Salad |

Ingredients:

1 ripe tomato, sliced |
| |
2 Kirby cucumbers, peeled and sliced |
| |
1/4 red onion, sliced into thin half moons |
| |
1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar |
| |
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil |
| |
2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard |
| |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
| |
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano |
| |
1/8 teaspoon black pepper |
|
| |
Directions:
Place all vegetables in a serving bowl.
Mix the dressing ingredients together and drizzle over salad.
Serve immediately. This salad can be refrigerated for up to 2 hours before serving.
