Smaller Donations

To request a donation, or a raffle prize or silent auction item, please fill out a Donation Request Form, found at one of our locations. All requests must be hand-delivered to the “COMMUNITY RESOURCES BOX” at the Westside or Downtown Santa Cruz, Capitola or Half Moon Bay stores. Please note that if your request is incomplete or submitted less than 6–8 weeks in advance it will be automatically denied.

We respond to donation requests with a gift card good for anything in the store. Requests are reviewed once a month. We do not sponsor or donate to individuals, political candidates, partisan political organizations, or lobbying groups. We support teams for school-age kids, but not adults. If you qualify for a donation, we will send it in the mail to you. Because we receive so many donation requests, we cannot fund every request. If we cannot find your request, you will not be contacted.

New Leaf Gift Cards are not valid at the Felton and Boulder Creek stores. To request a donation from the Felton or Boulder Creek locations, please visit one of those stores to pick up a donation request and submit it there.
