Sweet Potato Fries Recipe Ingredients 2 pounds sweet potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch-thick sticks1 tablespoon high heat oil (like peanut) 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 2 tablespoons potato starch Instructions Preheat over to 450 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper, or coat with cooking spray. Set one oven rack in top position and one rack in bottom position. Toss together sweet potatoes, oil, salta, and pepper. Sprinkle with potato starch; toss mixture once more to coat well. On prepared baking sheets, arrange in single layer so they are not overlapping. Bake 10 minutes. Turn potatoes, and rotate baking sheets. Bake 12 minutes more, or until golden brown. |
