A fresh, quick and fun way to snack!
- 1 organic apple, choose your favorite
- 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet or vegan chocolate chips
- Handful of chocolate chips and crushed peanuts for sprinkling
Slice apples into 32 thin slices, you can do this easily with an 8-slice apple cutter. After you cut into 8, cut the slices in half, and then cut them in half again. Arrange apple slices on a plate. Melt peanut butter and chocolate chips either in microwave with microwave-safe bowl (stir and check every 30 secs) or on the stove in a small saucepan on low heat. Drizzle melted peanut butter and chocolate over apple slices with a spoon. Sprinkle handful of chocolate chips and nuts over the plate as topping. Enjoy immediately.
