- 3 Maryhill peaches, halved and pitted
- 6 ounces fresh goat cheese
- 6-8 fresh basil leaves, sliced
- 1/4 cup honey
- Non-GMO canola oil
- Kosher salt to taste
- Cracked black pepper to taste
- Pinch of cayenne (optional)
Brush cut halves with canola oil and season with salt & pepper.
Grill each peach on the cut side, just long enough to mark them.
Warm honey in a small pot or in microwave, then brush onto grilled surface of each peach half. Reserve a portion of honey for drizzling.
Fill each peach cavity with 1 ounce goat cheese.
Garnish with sliced basil and drizzle with remaining warm honey. Optional: add a pinch of cayenne to honey before drizzling.Recipes Home
