- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/3 cup your fave nut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 cup old fashioned outs
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup ground flax
In a microwave safe bowl, melt the coconut oil. Stir in the nut butter and maple syrup or honey, until smooth.
Stir in the oats, chia seeds, ground flax + add-in ingredients for whichever flavor bite you are making.
Roll into 1 tbsp balls.
If making cranberry lime or s'mores flavors, roll balls in either coconut (for cranberry lime balls), graham cracker crumbs (for s'mores balls).
Store in the fridge for up to one week or freeze up to 3 months.
Add ins for Cranberry Lime flavor: shredded coconut, lime zest, cranberries.
Add ins for Carrot Cake flavor: shredded carrot, shredded coconut, ground cinnamon.
