- 4 avocadoes
- ½ bunch of cilantro, finely chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- ½ of a medium white onion, diced small
- ½ of a jalapeno, seeds removed, minced
- 2 Roma tomatoes, seeds removed, diced
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Cayenne pepper to taste
Cut avocados in half and remove pits. Spoon flesh into a large bowl and mash with a fork, leaving some chunks. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for an hour to allow flavors to meld.
