Sweet Mango Lassi 29 March, 2017 | Beverage, Stone Fruit
- 2 cups plain Bulgarian yogurt
- 2-4 ice cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cups fresh mango, peeled and chopped OR 2 cups frozen mango
Put all the ingredients in a blender and process for 2 to 3 minutes until frothy.
