How can I check my gift card balance?

For physical gift cards, check the back for the number to call.
For e-gift cards, click through from your email to check your balance online.

Why doesn’t my New Leaf Community Markets gift card work for my Delivery or Pickup order on Instacart?

We work with Instacart to fulfill our Delivery and Pickup orders. Only Instacart gift cards work on the Instacart site. If you’d like to purchase an Instacart e-gift card go to Instacart.com and

•   Login or create an account

•   Click on the Account menu at the top right corner of the screen

•   Select “Buy Gift Card”

Can I order groceries online for pickup or delivery?

Yes! We have partnered with Instacart to offer same-day pickup and delivery directly to your door, on all your local, organic favorites you know and love. You can even communicate with your shopper as they shop, and delivery is available throughout Half Moon Bay and the Santa Cruz area, Scotts Valley, and all the way to Aptos. What are your discount days?

For customers 65 years or better, we offer 10% senior discount off your purchase every Tuesday & Thursday. Just show your I.D. at check-out to have the savings applied.

Do you use cage-free eggs in your prepared foods department?

We are committed to choosing cage-free eggs for the dishes we cook and serve, and use 100% cage-free eggs in all of the dishes prepared in our Deli and Hot Bar offerings.

Which stores bake their own bread?

All New Leaf Community Markets locations make focaccia and cornbread in-house!

How do I become an Envirotoken recipient?

How can I request a donation to my nonprofit?

Please fill out a donation form online. Please visit our Community Programs page for more information about our local giving.

Can I order food or wine for an event?

Call the store that you’d like to order from directly to place your Catering Order or special wine case order.

Where do I put my recyclables at New Leaf Community Markets?

Our recycling program has changed because of new marketplace restrictions on most plastic recyclables. Read more about sustainability here.

Can I return or exchange something I bought?

New Leaf Community Markets guarantees the quality of all of its products. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return the product for a refund with a receipt or for store credit with or without a receipt.
