Cherry Gelatin


  • 4 cups 100% cherry juice
  • 2 Tbls Vital Proteins Pasture-Raised Beef Gelatin


  1. Measure 2 cups cherry juice into a medium sized bowl and sprinkle in gelatin. Let sit for 5 minutes, allowing gelatin to bloom.

  2. Add remaining 2 cups of cherry juice to a saucepan and heat until just steaming, do not allow juice to boil.

  3. Add warmed cherry juice to the bowl of cherry juice and gelatin, stir until all gelatin has dissolved.

  4. Pour mixture into a single glass dish or into individual sized portion cups.

  5. Chill in refrigerator for 3 hours, or until gelatin has set.
