Honey Ginger Steak Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs steak
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Directions

  1. Score the steak by making crisscross cuts on the surface on both sides of the meat.

  2. Mix the ingredients for the marinade and pour over the steak.

  3. Marinate covered in the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes or overnight.

  4. Grill as desired, let the steak rest for 4-5 minutes, slice diagonally and serve!
