Berry Pizza Pie

Crust

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup butter or margarine
  • 4 tablespoons powdered sugar

Filling

  • 6 ounces (2 packages) cream cheese
  • 8 ounces (1 container) whipped topping
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 pint strawberries, 1/2 pint blueberries, 1/2 pint blackberries, washed

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray round pizza pan and set aside.

  2. Crust: In a medium bowl, cut flour, butter and powdered sugar into coarse crumbs. Press evenly into prepared pan. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown. Let cool.

  3. Filling: Mix cream cheese, whipped topping and powdered sugar. Spread over crust and refrigerate until ready to use.

  4. Arrange fresh sliced berries on top.
