- 2 slices Tour de Marze Brie, cut ¼ inch thick 3-4 inches long
- Small handful arugula
- 2 slices La Quercia Speck
- 1 Tablespoon Primo Blackberry Serreno Jam
- 2 slices ciabatta bread
- 1 Tablespoon softened butter – divided
On one slice of bread layer the cheese, top with speck and arugula. Spread Blackberry Jam on second piece of bread and top sandwich jam side down. Spread butter on outside of each slice of bread. Grill over medium heat turning frequently until golden brown and cheese is melted.
