Brie, Blueberry & Sage Pinwheels 8 September, 2017 |

  • 1 wheel or about 12 oz. of your favorite brie
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 1 jar blueberry jam
  • 3-4 fresh sage leaves, chiffoned


Preheat oven to 350 F.

Line baking sheet with parchment or nonstick foil. Place crescent roll dough on top and smooth out with your hands. Spread the dough with a thin layer of blueberry jam, leaving a border on all sides.

Cut brie into 1/4 slices and place in even rows over top of the jam. Sprinkle with sage.

Starting with short end, roll crescent dough into log. Place baking sheet into freezer for appx. 30 minutes to allow it to harden for easier slicing.

Slice roll into 1/2 inch slices with a sharp knife. Place slices on baking sheet, allowing room for them to expand while baking.

Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Cool 10 minutes before serving.
