Goat Cheese and Chocolate Truffles 31 January, 2017 | Dessert

  • 6 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
  • 4 ounces of goat cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pink peppercorn


Using a double boiler or metal bowl set over a saucepan of barely simmering water, melt chocolate. 

Remove from heat and add the remaining ingredients. Stir until well combined. 

Cover and set in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight. 

With a spoon, scoop out small quantities of chocolate and roll into balls. Serve slightly chilled.
