Whether you're on team mash or team chop, it's not a game day without guacamole.

  • 4 avocadoes
  • ½ bunch of cilantro, finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ½ of a medium white onion, diced small
  • ½ of a jalapeno, seeds removed, minced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, seeds removed, diced
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Cayenne pepper to taste


Cut avocados in half and remove pits. Spoon flesh into a large bowl and mash with a fork, leaving some chunks. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for an hour to allow flavors to meld.

Recipe Notes

For a different twist, add ½ a cup of plain Greek yogurt.
