This sweet and spicy stone fruit salsa recipe is great with grilled steak, fish, chicken or as a dip with your favorite chips. Take a bite out of summer.
- 2 peaches, peeled and chopped
- 1 mango, peeled and chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 3 jalapeños, seeded
- 1 cup cilantro, finely chopped
- Juice of 1 lime & 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Toss all but the lemon and lime juice in a mixing bowl. Stir together. Add the juice of the lemon and lime along with salt and pepper to taste.Recipes Home
