  • 2 cups plain Bulgarian yogurt
  • 2-4 ice cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cups fresh mango, peeled and chopped OR 2 cups frozen mango


Put all the ingredients in a blender and process for 2 to 3 minutes until frothy.

Serve in tall glasses with straws.
