  • 1 cup grated rutubaga
  • 1 cup grated parsip
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • Sesame oil for frying

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Khao Man Gai sauce*
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
