Program Overview

The Program allows New Leaf to send users text messages via SMS and/or MMS relating to account information and updates, special retailer deals, insider news, access to in-store events (where applicable), ways to enter sweepstakes and instant win games, and other brand-specific communications.

When you provide New Leaf with your mobile phone number, you are expressly agreeing that New Leaf may send you informational texts concerning the Program. You also agree to pay the charges to your wireless bill or to have them deducted from your prepaid balance for this service. You acknowledge that you are eighteen years of age or older and you have the consent of the wireless account holder to participate in the Program.

New Leaf may from time to time obtain additional consent from you for such messaging, such as through a check-box online. Consent to receiving marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
