Mobile Text Terms of Use

These Mobile Text Terms of Use (“Mobile TOU”) govern your participation in the text messaging program (the “Program”) provided by New Leaf Community Markets, Inc. (“New Leaf” or “Company”). Please read this Mobile TOU carefully. By consenting to participate in the Program, you agree to this Mobile TOU, the Neighbor Rewards Terms and Conditions, and New Leaf’s Terms of Use, and confirm that you’ve read and understand the Company’s Privacy Policy. Your access to, and use of the Program represents your agreement to these Mobile TOU. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS MOBILE TOU, INCLUDING CHANGES THERETO, DO NOT ACCESS, SUBSCRIBE OR USE THE PROGRAM.

Program Overview

The Program allows New Leaf to send users text messages via SMS and/or MMS relating to account information and updates, special retailer deals, insider news, access to in-store events (where applicable), ways to enter sweepstakes and instant win games, and other brand-specific communications.

Terms

When you provide New Leaf with your mobile phone number, you are expressly agreeing that New Leaf may send you informational texts concerning the Program. You also agree to pay the charges to your wireless bill or to have them deducted from your prepaid balance for this service. You acknowledge that you are eighteen years of age or older and you have the consent of the wireless account holder to participate in the Program. 

New Leaf may also send recurring automated marketing text messages if you expressly opt in to receive such communications. Your acceptance of this Mobile TOU constitutes such express consent. New Leaf may from time to time obtain additional consent from you for such messaging, such as through a check-box online. Consent to receiving marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

The number of messages you receive through the Program will depend on your activity with the brand. If you signed up by texting a sign-up keyword, you will receive a confirmation text message, and you may need to reply as instructed to complete your registration. Message and data rates apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help.

If you opt out, you agree to receive a final text message confirming your opt-out. You may optout at any time by texting the word STOP to 54967. You agree to receive a final text message confirming your opt-out. 

For help, send a text message with the keyword HELP to 54967. Texts may be sent through an automatic telephone dialing system. You agree to notify New Leaf of any changes to your mobile number and update your subscription with New Leaf to reflect this change. Your carrier may prohibit or restrict certain mobile features and certain mobile features may be incompatible with your carrier or mobile device. Contact your carrier with questions regarding these issues.

Stop Receiving Promotional Text Messages

To stop receiving marketing, promotional, or account update text messages from New Leaf, simply text STOP to 54967. Message and data rates may apply. Note: None of these opt-out trigger words are case sensitive.

Alternatively, you can opt-out of receiving texts from New Leaf by sending an email with your mobile phone number to NeighborRewards@NewLeaf.com. Please allow up to 10 business days from when the email request was received to process your removal.

Help Command

For help at any time, text HELP to 54967. The Program is free from New Leaf but message and data rates may apply.

Requirements

To take advantage of the Program, you must have a text messaging-enabled mobile device with a text messaging plan.

Carriers Supported

The Program works with all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Boost, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Consumer Cellular, and a host of other carriers. New Leaf is not responsible for any delays upon sending or receiving text messages, or undelivered messages.

New Leaf reserves the right to modify these Mobile TOU by posting new versions on this website as well as the right to provide additional notices of significant changes. Your continued use of the Program following such changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes, unless otherwise required by law.
