Felton And Mary's Twice Baked Wings
Perfect for a summer cookout, Father’s Day barbecue or game day party, Portlanders may recognize the sweet and savory barbecue sauce in Tory Campbell’s juicy wings. The recipe is from one of Portland’s most iconic barbecue joints, Campbell’s BBQ on Powell Boulevard, that was owned and operated by Tory’s grandparents, Felton & Mary. Ingredients

WINGS:

  • 2 pounds free range all natural fresh chicken wings

  • 1 cup Felton & Mary’s Artisan Foods Smokey Brown Sugar Barbecue or Medium BBQ Sauce

SPICE RUB:

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon pepper

  • 1 tablespoon Kosher salt

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. 
  2. Combine chicken wings and spice rub in mixing bowl.
  3. Place wings on rack over baking pan and place on center rack of oven for 30 minutes, or until fully cooked. Remove from oven.
  4. Pour 1 cup of Felton & Mary’s Smokey Brown Sugar or Medium BBQ Sauce into mixing bowl and mix in cooked wings until covered in sauce. Return wings to rack over baking pan with spacing between each wing. Cook for 7 minutes.
  5. Warm 1/2 cup of Felton & Mary’s Smokey Brown Sugar BBQ sauce in a small pan over low heat or bowl in microwave for 30 seconds. Drizzle wings with the remaining 1/2 cup of warm BBQ sauce and serve.
