 
                Ingredients
- 3 ears fresh corn, shucked 
- 1 cup tomatoes or cherry tomatoes cut in half chopped 
- 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella balls 
- 1/3-3/4 cup basil pesto 
- to taste salt and pepper 
Directions
- 
                                                Cut kernels from fresh corn into a medium sized bowl. Add tomatoes and mozzarella balls and stir to combine. Toss with pesto, add salt and pepper to taste and add more pesto if desired.
