8 thin slices of prosciutto
1 cantaloupe melon peeled
oil for grill grate- your choice, olive, coconut
Preheat grill to medium high. Wrap 1 piece of prosciutto around each piece of melon in a spiral shape so that you cover as much of the melon as possible. If necessary, use toothpicks to secure. Oil grill grate and grill each slice 3-4 minutes per side, prosciutto will crisp and turn slightly darker. Serve warm.
