FAQ

What will happen to the points/beverage punches on my account? 

After August 18, your Neighbor Rewards account & points will be deactivated, and no more perks will be able to be redeemed. 

If I already get your emails, do I need to do anything? 

Nothing else at this time! You will continue to get our flyer emails every other Wednesday when new deals start in-store, as well as exciting updates like store opening news and holiday reservation reminders. 

I earn most of my points when I order online. Is that changing, too? 

You will still be able to do all your regular shopping however it works best for you – in-store, on shop.newleaf.com or in our app – but you will no longer earn points on every order. There is no longer a loyalty account number to add to your Instacart account for New Leaf. 

Will I still enter my phone number at check-out? 

No, our system will be getting an update and will no longer prompt you to enter your phone number at checkout. 

Will I still get emailed receipts? 

Unfortunately, when the Neighbor Rewards program ends, emailed receipts will be unavailable as well. We intend to build a solution for e-receipts soon. If you don’t need a printed receipt, let your cashier know that you would like to skip a printed receipt when shopping in-store.
