Baked Cinnamon Apples


  • 2 apples, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons ghee or coconut oil (use coconut oil to make this vegan)
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine all ingredients in heat-proof container, such as a Pyrex dish, and bake for 20 minutes.
