Brussels Sprouts With Ghee

Ingredients

  • 24 Brussels sprouts, washed and sliced crosswise in 1/4" pieces

  • 1/2 cup ghee

  • 2 cloves garlic minced

  • 1 lemon

  • salt & pepper

Directions

  1. In a medium skillet, heat ghee on medium high heat. Add Brussels sprouts and cook 10-15 minutes. Stir often, and cook until crispy and caramelized .
  2. Turn off heat and add garlic. Add salt and pepper and serve immediately with lemon wedges for squeezing over Brussels sprouts. Enjoy!
