Deviled Duck Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 dozen hard-boiled duck eggs

  • 2 tablespoons milk yogurt whole

  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice (from naturally fermented pickles if possible)

  • 1 teaspoon mustard

  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

  • to taste salt and pepper

  • paprika for garnish smoked

Directions

  1. Peel hardboiled eggs and slice in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl. Mash yolks with a fork then stir in yogurt, pickle juice, mustard and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste, mix well. 
  2. Fill each egg white with a dollop of the yolk filling and garnish eggs with a sprinkle of smoked paprika.
